We are thrilled to announce that XinSai Magazine is preparing its highly anticipated fourth edition: Displacement. In honour of the resilience and strength of those displaced from homelands, we aim to shed light on the experiences, challenges, and triumphs of individuals and communities.
Through this special edition, we invite artists, writers, photographers, and creatives from all walks of life to share their unique perspectives on displacement.
We welcome a diverse range of artistic expressions, including essays, short stories, poetry, photography, illustrations, and any other creative forms that can convey the depth and complexity of the theme. We encourage submissions from both established and emerging artists passionate about social justice and human rights.
Submission Guidelines:
• Written submissions should be in English, with a maximum word count of 2,500 words.
• Visual submissions should be high-resolution images in JPEG or PNG format.
• Please include a short bio (70-80 words) and a brief artist
statement (200 words) with your submission.
Multiple submissions are accepted, but please send each submission separately.
Submission Deadline: 21st March 2024
